Answer: 2 ways -
1. They can Text "Your Keyword" to Coupon (268766) or you can opt them in on Clover.
2. On Clover: Go to members tab and click
3. Member opted in but I don't see them as active member.
Answer: Client must reply YES to your opt-in message on their phone. This is the FCC Rules and Requirement for Text Marketing and Campaigns.
4. How often should I send a Campaign with a Coupon?
Answer: We recommend once a month. You don't want to upset the Client with too many message on their phone.
